RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE -NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE! 

Merchandise must be returned within 7 Days of delivery for Return or Exchange. Items must be in “New, Unaltered and Unused Condition with the Original Packaging”. Original sales invoice must accompany returns as well as any gift with purchase.


Refunds and Exchanges are contingent upon inspection. Items will be processed within approximately 14-20 business days of receiving your items. You will receive an email notification from Lolly Ella when we receive and process your return.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping & Handling Charges that have incurred are Non-Refundable. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
  • Items Returned to us After 7 Days and without contacting Lolly Ella will not qualify for a Refund or Exchange.
  • All Sale Items are Final Sale. No Return or Exchange
  • Gift Cards are Non-Refundable

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT POP-UP, HOLIDAY SHOPPE, OR SPECIAL EVENT LOCATIONS. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT THESE LOCATIONS ARE FINAL SALENO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Four Steps to Return or Exchange:
 

STEP ONE: Email us at info@lollyella.com to request a Return or Exchange

STEP TWO: Specify if you would like a Return or Exchange. For Exchanges please include the New Items Name.

STEP THREE: Include the following information in your email:
• Your order number.
• Name of item/s to be returned.
• Reason for Return or Exchange.

STEP FOUR: Your Return or Exchange will be processed within 14-20 business days. You will receive an email notification from Lolly Ella when we receive and process your return.
